Community Partners

 

Community Shares of Milwaukee offers a new kind of workplace giving campaign based on employee choices. Community Shares organizations address serious issues facing Wisconsin, including the environment, health care, education, poverty, mental illness, crime, homelessness, civil rights and improved quality of life for children, families, women, the LGBT community, low-wage workers, the unemployed and ex-offenders. 

 

Milwaukee Area Technical College offers assistance with the adult education component of the Women's Harm Reduction Program.  MATC provides computers for Benedict Center students to use as well as instructors who teach GED/HSED classes.  

 

Area universities provide interns and service learning students who are instrumental to the success of the Benedict Center.
